Children Leaving Tracks
Providing mobility to children from low-income families living with disabilities.
projects.
about.
Children Leaving Tracks’ mission is to provide mobility to children from low-income families living with disabilities. We believe that this limitation interferes with free expressions of life and the expansion of ideas. Our goal is to create a corporate/private collaboration with a single mission: child development and mobilization for health and inspirations to grow. Children Leaving Tracks uses 100% of its funding to run the organization, supply and finance Track Bikes, a new mobile electric trike, and for future innovations to come.
Everyone deserves to have these experiences in life, but unfortunately this kind of technology is not always covered by insurance companies. This means that some people go their entire life without getting to enjoy all that it has to offer. They don’t have the freedom to go as they please. This is all done to expand mobility for children in need and to have a positive impact on their mental and physical health. These new mobile technologies increase their self-esteem, confidence as well as enables participation with peers and the feeling of being a part of everyday growth, as a child.
The money donated to cover the costs of these chairs and their shipping fees, gets these chairs into the hands of the children who need them without exception. "Rod Benders" will be the parent, separate entity sponsoring the 501c3 being registered as "Children leaving Tracks.” Rod Benders will be supplying a percentage of all future revenues created by the in-house efforts of its start-up recreational focused products.
We are always looking for private and corporate sponsors. We look forward to talking with you and getting challenged persons and children involved with this movement. Together we will change the lives of hundreds of children. Please check out this short video and pictures on what we are focused on doing and providing for our main goal of children with mobility issues.
Help us unlock the walls of participation in daily life that most take for granted while we work together to make this happen.
Follow along with us to hear their stories of hope and successes as part of their journey.
